Description
Working with Curo Construction, we have been employed to undertake a full site clearance, site stabilisation and groundworks package of phase 2 of the site. With an end user already taking up the studios for production in 2024, speed of delivery has been a key driver in securing the contract.
The sustainability of the site is of prime importance and the ability to recycle the site material was a key factor in O’Keefe being awarded the full package. With testing and analysis undertaken during the planning stage we were able to offer a significant cost and programme saving.
The construction of 18 new sound stages and full post production offices alongside site car parking and landscaped areas will make this site one of the largest studios in the UK.
