Middle Eight

This project involved the refurbishment of an existing operational 170-bed hotel. The scope included demolition, structural alterations, new fit-out, external façade and roof terrace works, as well as refurbishment of various areas including bedrooms, corridors, spa, kitchens, bars, washrooms, restaurants, concierge services, back-of-house amenities, and plant rooms, including MEP systems and lifts.
