The existing building was comprised of a basement, ground floor, and four upper storeys, making it a multi-levelstructure. Retail space was available on both the ground and first floors, providing commercial activity and services to thepublic at street level. The upper floors, from the second to the fourth storeys, were dedicated to commercial office space.The property was located in the heart of the City of Westminster, specifically positioned on the prominent corner of NewBond Street and Oxford Street, an area known for its vibrant mix of retail and commercial activity.The works undertaken included the removal of the existing fifth storey and roof structure, as well as the full demolition ofthe Dering Street building.
