N6

Building N6 is a 19-storey prime development consisting of a single-storey basement, a ground-floor duplex apartment, 14 identical simplex apartments, one simplex variant on Level 10, and a rooftop duplex.

The scope of works focused on the fit-out of the N6 simplex apartments, finishes to the front-of-house areas, and permanent landscaping. Close coordination with the N6 S&C contractor was essential for a smooth handover upon completion of the S&C works.
