Park International Hotel

Ellmers is delivering the transformation of the Park International Hotel in Kensington into the client’s new Capri Hotel brand. The project includes structural alterations to better integrate and rationalise the layout of seven interconnected buildings, enhancing flow and functionality. Works also include the creation of new public areas—reception, lounge, bar, gym, meeting and breakfast rooms—phased refurbishment of 181 bedrooms, and upgrades to back-of-house facilities. In addition, we are carrying out strip-out, damp proofing, roof replacement, façade remedials, scaffolding, and MEPH works, . We are also delivering two fully fitted mock-up rooms and corridor sections, complete with all finishes, services, and FF&E.
