Description
The works included the design and construction of a new retail park comprising retail outlets constructed to ‘shell and core’ standard for the retailers Sainsbury’s (complete with home delivery processing centre) and Marks & Spencer. Both provided with suspended mezzanine floors, four smaller high street retail units within a two storey block and an A3 pod unit along with an energy centre and all associated external works including car parking, pedestrian pavements, landscaping and works to the public highway.
