Description
The works consist of the refurbishment of existing commercial offices on levels 3-4 and include a new lightweight steel roof top extension to create a fifth floor, and fifth floor mezzanine including new WC facilities at each level.
There will be further works to include the ground floor entrance and lower ground floor refurbishment.
